Together we are facing COVID-19, an unexplainable virus that has disrupted most of our lives, whether it is travel, entertainment, worship or perhaps even employment. While it seems we aren’t able to control a lot during these unprecedented times, NuView remains focused on helping our clients.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis mandated a 30-day stay-at-home order for the entire state. Although this order will affect most businesses, NuView will still be operating regularly, as we are an essential service. We will continue to strive to serve each other, our clients, and our community at large.
NuView anticipates no significant change in service for our clients. Our team will remain available by phone and email Monday – Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST and 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
In keeping with both Florida and Federal recommendations, we are putting in place a few changes to reduce the need for face to face interactions, and thus do our part to reduce the likelihood of contracting and spreading the virus.
- We have postponed future live client events and conferences until revised guidelines/recommendations are received, and have instead instituted virtual learning opportunities.
- Should you need to meet with someone at our office in Longwood, FL, or drop off or pick up documents/checks, etc., you will be able to use our drop-box outside our facility. If you need to pick up, you can do so by using our outside phone, and someone will meet you with your documents/checks. As always, the client portal is available for your use as well.
Due to limited staffing and resources, you may experience a delay in processing. We understand that your time is valuable, and we promise to continue to put you, and your retirement, first.
