Glen is the Founder of NuView IRA and has been its leader since 2003. In 2018, he also created NuView Trust, expanding the growing business of self-directed IRAs into new services to further reduce or eliminate taxes. His clients invest in real estate, notes, private placements, precious metals, LLCs, and a multitude of unique assets, with the aim of growing without taxation.
Glen holds a BS in Business Management and a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Southern California. After working in various corporate finance and strategy positions, Glen decided to create opportunities for individuals to invest their tax-advantaged funds in non-traditional markets, just as he had been doing himself for several years. His message has resonated, with over $2.1 Billion of assets directed on the platform of NuView Trust. He is a sought-after speaker on the national stage, podcasts, and radio, and is passionate about the power of personal choice and reducing the negative impact of taxes while building wealth.
He is married with four children and lives in Mt. Dora, Florida.
Jason graduated from the University of Central Florida and has since acquired 17 years of experience in the self-directed IRA industry. He has served as Director of Business Development, Director of Operations, and Vice President for NuView Trust Company – a self-directed custodian with over $2.1 Billion of assets under custody. Now, in his role as President, Jason oversees the day-to-day activities of the company. He is heavily recruited to speak on podcasts and at national events as a subject matter expert in tax-advantaged investing through retirement accounts. Additionally, Jason has provided continuing education to CPAs, Attorneys, and Real Estate professionals and has been a guest speaker at hundreds of investment events and conferences throughout the United States.
Outside of his role at NuView, Jason serves as Co-founder and Chairman of Chair the Love, a 501(c)(3) organization, which provides wheelchairs and other mobility-related services to those in need.
He currently resides in Central Florida with his wife, Christina, son, Tyler, and daughter, Delaney.
Mayur is a seasoned financial professional, with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has a proven ability to manage medium-to-large-sized teams with a focus on solutions delivery, direction & implementation. As he started his career as a client specialist, he was able to eventually move his way up into a management position – making him a big advocate of people development. Mayur likes to continuously challenge processes to grow and build better skill sets holistically.
He started at NuView as the Director of Operations, overseeing the transactional & accounting effectiveness, along with its operating procedures. Mayur has since been moved up to Vice President, allowing him to make a much larger impact on our organization. In his new position, he drives collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions, meanwhile overseeing operation, HR, and IT. In addition, he ensures the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
In his spare time, Mayur loves to play sports, such as Tennis, Soccer and volleyball, and enjoys listening to music.
DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL SALES
Lisa spent the majority of her professional career in the insurance industry. During that time, she worked in multiple offices, with her longest tenure as a senior branch manager, overseeing both the sales and service teams for a Fortune 100 company. After nineteen years in the insurance industry, including five years of running her own successful business, Lisa decided to sell her book of business and pursue a new career in alternative investments.
In addition to continuously expanding her own industry knowledge, Lisa’s mission is to develop lasting relationships with advisors, investment sponsors, and broker-dealers so that they may receive enough support to make their clients’ investment journeys simple and seamless.
Ryan has dedicated his career to progressively learning and expanding his knowledge and experience in the field of Information Technology. Ryan excels in building infrastructures, systems analysis, security systems, and new technologies. His career has progressively grown from supporting desktop and network systems to network administration. He then spent almost a decade as a Regional Information Technology Manager, leading a team supporting the entire southeast for a large corporation.
He has spent his career helping companies to change with the advances in the Information Technology field so that they can be efficient and ahead of the competition. Ryan joined NuView Trust in 2021 as an Information Technology Manager and has been excited to lead NuView Trust in future technology advances.
In his new role as Director of Information Technology for NuView Trust Company, he is excited to continue transforming the client process to create a seamless experience for client and bringing the newest technological advances to the company.
Ryan has lived in the Central Florida area for more than 25 years with his wife, daughter and son. He enjoys photography, traveling, paddleboarding, and spending time with his family.

He practices full-time in Gray Robinson, a 250-lawyer firm. He has served as City Solicitor for the City of Orlando, Chairman of the Florida State Turnpike Authority, Chairman of the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida, Chairman of the University of Central Florida Foundation, and in many other leadership positions.
Charles also served for seven years as County Attorney for Orange County. Charles organized and served as General Counsel for the Orange County Health Facilities Authority and has represented major developers in large DRIs, comprehensive plan amendments, and major state- and county-negotiated property acquisitions.

Lars offers insight on how to better serve clients, employees and the community based on his 20-plus years of economic development experience and various leadership roles within Florida Hospital. Under his leadership since 2006, Florida Hospital has continued rapid growth, reporting revenues of over $2.2B for the last period.
His addition of the state-of-the-art medical center near Disney’s Celebration hospital provided a blueprint for innovative delivery of medical services that has inspired hospital administrators internationally. Lars’ current projects include the development of a 172-acre Health Village in downtown Orlando.
