NuView Trust is closely monitoring news and updates regarding Hurricane Ian, as our client servicing center is located in Central Florida, which currently sits in the storm’s forecasted path. It is likely that there will be some delays or interruptions of service beginning sometime Wednesday and lasting until it is safe for our team to resume operations. NuView Trust Company has a disaster recovery plan in place and will initiate as needed as the storm draws closer. We encourage any clients with transactional requests that are time sensitive to contact our office directly at 877-259-3256 so they can be prioritized accordingly.
In addition, there will likely be a suspension of services from USPS and FedEx/UPS. As a result, items sent to our office via mail and overnight, will likely not arrive as scheduled, resulting in delays in items posting to accounts. Please monitor these services’ websites for specifics on service interruptions.
Given the uncertainty surrounding Hurricane Ian, we are not able to accurately predict how the storm will affect our business operations at this time, but we will continue to provide you with updates as we receive more information from the National Weather Service and state and local agencies.
